A message from Founder and MD of Razzamataz Theatre Schools LTD Denise Gosney 

 

A huge thank you to my team and all of our franchisees for helping us to finish the year in style. I’m delighted to announce that Razzamataz Theatre Schools has just received the highest quality assurance rating from the Institute of Children’s Activity Providers (ICAP). 

 

 

Razzamataz Theatre Schools has been awarded the Three Gold Kites as part of the ICAP membership, demonstrating great strength in the key areas of compliance, programmes and marketing and communications. 

 

Andy Georgiou, Founder of ICAP and Children’s Activity Specialists says: “Razzamataz’s longevity and approach to business in general is an example for others to follow. It is easy to see why the organisation and franchise network is as successful as it is. After as challenging a period as Covid-19 has been, your Head Office team should take great pride in this.”

 

Throughout the various challenges, Razzamataz continued to invest in our franchisees. I’m delighted to say we actually expanded during this period, with new franchisees taking a leap of faith and opening theatre schools, even during lockdown.

We are working with various partners to further improve our operations systems for our franchisees, including recently signing up with Trustist Reviews to offer a customer-focussed review platform. We know from talking to our customers just how much they love Razzamataz and how much their children build their confidence from attending the schools, so it is great to have a dedicated space for them to leave reviews. 

 

As we wave goodbye to 2021, we look forward to expanding even further in 2022 and many more exciting initiatives including continuing to work with Adam Stott and the team at Big Business Events. We are delighted that Razzamataz Theatre Schools has been recognised in several award ceremonies. We can’t wait to see what 2022 has in store!
