🌟Poppy Savage: My Razzamataz Story🌟
Having attended Razzamataz West Cumbria for nearly 12 years, Poppy Savage is a wonderful example of the lifelong opportunities and experiences that being part of the theatre school network can bring. Starting at just three years old, Poppy has grown into a confident performer with impressive highlights.
“My absolute favourite moments have been performing in the West End, I’ve been lucky enough to do it twice! I was also awarded Performer of the Year in 2020, which
was a special moment for me.”
What keeps Poppy coming back week after week is the joy of performing alongside her friends. “I love constantly learning and being able to express myself. I love the pure enjoyment of playing a character, singing a song and dancing your heart out alongside a group of people who are also my friends.”
Her advice for newcomers? “Just give it a try! I did, and I still look forward to every Saturday after all these years. Razzamataz has given me something to wake up for every weekend and opportunities I could only dream of. It’s one big family.”
