Founder and MD of Razzamataz Denise Hutton-Gosney is delighted to announce an exciting new business partnership, which will see the network of franchisees grow. Denise recently attended a three-day business event in London with Forbes Coaches Council Member and Business Coach Adam Stott and successful TV star and shrewd businesswoman Gemma Collins. 

Adam heads up Big Business Events, one of the UK’s fastest growing, multi-million pound business coaching companies, which offers a wide range of mentoring and coaching programmes. Denise is delighted to be welcoming Adam to work alongside her in the Razzamataz network, to inspire all franchisees to grow their businesses. 

“As well as expanding the Razzamataz network, Adam will be mentoring our existing franchisees to help them build the business of their dreams,” says Denise. “I was particularly drawn to his story as much like my own, Adam is self-made and really understands what it takes to succeed in business.”

How to succeed in business 

Denise started her own business journey delivering thousands of free newspapers for a couple of pounds to save enough to help pay for her
dance classes and kit. Adam was originally told he would ‘amount to nothing’ but he was an early adopter of social media and advertising and
used clever strategies to build a business with more than 120 staff, became an international speaker, a best-selling-author and shared the stage with the world’s biggest stars including Floyd Mayweather, John Travolta, Al Pacino, Anthony Joshua, Calvin Klein and Randi Zuckerberg.

As part of Denise’s London trip, she also visited the Shaftesbury Theatre where Razzamataz students will perform on the West End stage in 2022. There was also a trip to the Prince of Wales Theatre, the venue for the next Conference in February and The Club for Acts and Actors, the venue for the business review sessions led by award-winning Action Coach. 

“This is truly an exciting time for Razzamataz and a great time to join and open a theatre school,” says Denise. “What it all comes back to is the opportunities that we are giving students and opening their eyes to the possibilities that their future could provide.” 

In fact, a highlight of the trip was going to watch Danielle Fiamanya, a former Razzamataz Glasgow student who is an enormous talent and who is a trailblazer for diversity and showing black little girls they can be whoever they want to be when she takes on the lead role of Elsa. 

“To be part of young people’s lives and go on to see them succeed in whatever they do, is an enormous privilege and one that I never take for granted,” says Denise. “With the success of Razzamataz, we have been fortunate enough to see so many young people go on to reach their dreams. Whether that is as professional performers on the West End stage or in Hollywood movies or using the life skills that they learn at Razzamataz to secure jobs such as lawyers, teachers and medical professionals, what an incredible joy to be part of their journeys.”

Royal Variety Show

In November of this year, the Head Office team are delighted to have been invited as industry leaders to the Royal Variety Show, hosted by comedian Alan Carr. This star studded cast will feature Anne-Marie, Bill Bailey, Years and Years, Ed Sheeran, Sir Rod Stewart and many more. What’s more, the cast of new West End show Moulin Rouge will be performing, including another former Razzamataz student Robson Broad.
